I have both 2009 and 2012 available for download on the server. They have been there for a number of years already. Fire fox ESR will probably get up there shortly. They are on the server, I just need to link them in the main index.

wlm is no longer supported by microsoft, and so you can't download wlm from
the microsoft website any more. You probably can from other places, but you
would have to be careful where you downloaded it from.
However, you might be able to repair it. I'm not sure how accessible this
will be for your version of windows essentials, you might need sighted help
to be able to do it.
I've got Windows essentials (which includes windows live mail) 2012
installed. If I got to programs and features, select windows essentials
2012, open its context menu and choose uninstall/change, then a dialog
opens which contains a button for repairing windows essentials.
Incidentally, the entry for windows essentials in programs in features will
tell you which version you are using.

David.

nothing seems to work, so do you think if I uninstalled wlm, and downloaded it
again would help?
