Microsoft Synctoy used to be really good as well, not sure if Microsoft still provide it or not, I may go check later as I need a better backup solution than what I do at the moment which is to format the drive, copy and paist everything to the backup device. I Have two backup devices.

For example it is much faster than Karen's’ replicator which for me has been the gold standard for many years already. The rub is its’ help file is roughly as useful as a screen door in a submarine. Specifically where it comes to creating multiple jobs is my current stumbling block along with another item or so, but I like to tackle one thing at a time.
