I'm having the same experience: Typing "list" into the JAWS quick settings edit field produces no results. I did the same in the JAWS settings center, where I get five unrelated results. In both cases, I did so in IE and Firefox. windows Win7, JAWS 2018 ( current release). I'm wondering if some other setting is preventing this option from appearing in certain systems.

Type, List, into the search field and wait for the the results to populate. Arrow down to, Lists identify Show Start and End, checked.
