Afternoon all. Using JAWS 2018, Word 13 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop, I am having a really odd problem.
When I go to open Word 13, I get several strange messages. The first one says that I do not have sufficient memory or disk space to perform the requested operation. When I press enter on the “okay” button, wordword opens a blank document. Another time, after attempting to open word 13, I got a message that there are too many fonts to open the document. Has anyone ever gotten these messages, and if so, what was the solution, if there is one? Thanks in advance.
