Hi Jerry, I would abandon the update Jaws route in the future, and just download the new release from their website and run it. The update feature in Jaws doesn't always work correctly, and the download process appears to be rather slow compared to directly downloading the executable. You shouldn't miss out on new releases, Mike posts them to the list when they are available. Just a thought!

So, again with sighted assistance, I had to go to the fs sight, download my version of JAWS 2018, and run a repair.
