www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp - 16k - and follow the steps. Once installed, you just need to bring up the print dialogue box Control and P) from an open Word or Excel file as if you are going to print a document. Next, either tab across to the choose printer combo box or press Alt and N. You can open the combo box by doing Alt and down arrow then, choose Cute pdf and press enter to convert your file into PDF.
