Hi Vicky, here is another suggestion if you are still having problems. It
involves "re-formatting" (note, the steps are different if using Word 2007;
these steps are for 2003).
1. Select everything (CTRL+A)
2. Open the Styles and Formatting task pane (ALT+O, then S)
3. Hit the Up-Arrow until you hear "Clear Formatting"
4. Close the Styles and Formatting task pane (CTRL+F1)
5. Listen to your document and see if it worked.

If that does not work then it is very possible that you have a corrupt doc
file; and if that is the case let me know, there is another workaround for
that.

Good luck, Mark

Hello Vicky, I have found problems with a word doc that was a template. A
work around could be to copy & paste to a new document of your own - that
may be easier to format?
I'd like to hear the outcome.
Good luck
Cathie
