Hello Ann,

In OB 7, it's an option under the file menu "save to audio."  You have
the option to save a page range or single page and you can save to
either wav, or mp3 format.

It may take a few minutes or hours, depending on the document size.


Kurzweil has more options, like changing bitrates and to write to a cd.

Honestly unsure how to do this in OB.  Do you remember where that would
be 
located?  I just tried to save as and I did not see MP3 or wav as
choices.
