I wrote these instructions several years ago and even though they indicate Outlook Express the same method works for all email clients I have had any experience with. Possibly I need to break down that section and create something that applies to all email clients. At the time there weren't so many clients to pick from since the list was quite small.

Obviously that must take top priority. Besides I am not the best person so far as JAWS is concerned, I just know how to manage a mailing list or at least I think I do. FYI if anybody is interested I am working on a tutorial covering creating a scheduled task in Windows 7. There has been a recording on the server covering it in XP but not 7.
