help someone! On my fairly new lap top for some reason this afternoon, I turn on my computer and jaws is working fine. I then go to the desk top and enter on outlook 2010 and for a few seconds jaws is talking. Then it says jaws unknown file, then it will tell me that Microsoft is not responding.. Then jaws stops all together, if I close outlook jaws will begin speaking again. Anyone have any hints on what is going on what I should do?
