I have something similar happen when I start my PC. Sometimes WLM in my
window seven freezes and does not respond and jaws stops until several
minutes happen.

help someone!
On my fairly new lap top for some reason this afternoon, I turn on my
computer and jaws is working fine. I then go to the desk top and enter on
outlook 2010 and for a few seconds jaws is talking. Then it says jaws
unknown file, then it will tell me that Microsoft is not responding.. Then
jaws stops all together, if I close outlook jaws will begin speaking
again.
Anyone have any hints on what is going on what I should do?
