You can connect the Magic Jack device to the computer via USB and dial using your numpad and the computer speakers and microphone. Works well and is easy, accessible.

I currently have my GV business line forward to my Skype number where I can then manage incoming/outgoing calls. Free or Paid is fine. Im just looking for something that is reliable and accessible.
