Hi, We have an application which uses Jmol and I have been trying to update it to Jsmol. I have followed all the steps mentioned in the "http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Jmol_JavaScript_Object"; and yet nothing has changed. Please help me to know where Im doing it wrong.
My current application "http://dna.engr.latech.edu/icm/"; I feel like some where at initialization I am not doing it correct. Any help is much appreciated.
