The padding still exists in all browsers except IE 6, 7, and 8,
because those are the only ones exhibiting the issue. A conditional IE-
only stylesheet applies the following style:

.advanced-search #smart-filters li .added-criteria UL LI {
        padding: 0;
}

(ie.css, line 193)
