There are generally a lot of knowledgeable JRun users who monitor the JRun-Talk discussion group and contribute product information and troubleshooting guidance. There is also a JRun Product Forum that is accessible from the Macromedia web site (http://webforums.macromedia.com/jrun/), which is monitored by both users and JRun Support personnel. And if your question is related to product installation, Macromedia also provides free of charge installation support at http://www.macromedia.com/support/jrun/installation.html.
If your question is in-depth or time-sensitive, you may want to consider opening a support case. There is a fee associated with this (whereas the other options are free). But there is also accountability associated with an actual support case, and in many circumstances it's the best option.
