It's total nonsense to say that a project will sound better on a 64 bit os
over a 32 bit one. There's no technical reason for this at all. However,
there are definite benefits to going 64 bit. For example, you can utilise
more memory and use the 64 bit version of Sonar. I have found all of my
systems to run a lot smoother and faster under Windows 7 64 bit, over
Windows XP. Don't run XP at all here now.

Hi Vic,

Yes in my case it is Windos XP SP3 32 bit edition. By the way, is there a
64 bit edition of XP? If so I'm probably interested, if it is at all true
that the sound you get from Sonar's audio engine has better definition on
the 64 bit platform. Anybody cares to comment on that?
Sometimes I find people are more influenced by the facts, for example 64 bit
better O/S, and then they psychologically feel the sound is actually better
when it may not be. This is why I am interested in hearing practical
examples of a project exported from a 32 bit system and that same project
from a 64 bit system, so that I can compare the results for myself.

See y'all.
