In the modules dropdown in the track inspector. Press ENTER, arrow to eq and plot sub menu and open it. The 1-4 band eq display is in there. If I remember, when you hide a band and replace it with another, it disables the hidden one. I imagine Sonar is thinking you only want to use 1 band at a time.
