I have this problem from time to time, but manual installation takes
care of it for me too.

This problem is strange, it seems to happen at random, and can't be
easily reproduced; I myself never had issues of this sort, but I
always use the manual install method...

hi all,
I am having issues with JSonar and getting it to instal correctly.
I first used the auto installer and that returned the error saying
that the jsonar dll wasnt installed and this is when I installed
jsonar 8.5. After that I had tried using the manual installer for
8.5 but still got an error message saying: "the side by side
configuration was incorrect" after I tried to register the dll. I
had retrieved another copy of jsonar this version being 7.1 and it
came back with the error that my jaws is corrupt. that cant be
because I am using it and it works with everything else and I even
tested it to make sure. My jaws version that I am using is 11.0476
with windows vista 64bit and I have intel core 2 Duo 2.0ghz
processor with 3gb ram and this a laptop.
if anyone could give me some info on how to fix this it would be appreciated.
