I also had this problem a few times in the past, it's totally random
because a few days after having the problem it suddenly installed with
no problems. After that I had the problem again on my laptop this
time, tryed it a few times then also did a manual install.

Have you tried the latest build that Vic posted a few days back?
This problem is strange, it seems to happen at random, and can't be
easily reproduced; I myself never had issues of this sort, but I
always use the manual install method...

hi all,
I am having issues with JSonar and getting it to instal correctly.
I first used the auto installer and that returned the error saying
that the jsonar dll wasnt installed and this is when I installed
jsonar 8.5. After that I had tried using the manual installer for
8.5 but still got an error message saying: "the side by side
configuration was incorrect"
after
I tried to register the dll. I had retrieved another copy of jsonar
this version being 7.1 and it came back with the error that my jaws
is corrupt.
that cant be because I am using it and it works with everything else
and I even tested it to make sure. My jaws version that I am using is
11.0476 with windows vista 64bit and I have intel core 2 Duo 2.0ghz
processor with 3gb
ram and this a laptop.
if anyone could give me some info on how to fix this it would be
appreciated.
