--- Comment #92 from ghost53...@gmail.com --- For me it does not matter where the mouse is when I login, in my case it is always in the middle monitor which is the primary screen but the panel goes to the left monitor, this might be because I have 3 monitors. As a very temporary and less annoying solution I added a panel to the middle monitor while having one on the left monitor. With the two panels they don't seem to move now but then again I have two panels both showing all the open windows.
