Take the spinner off and fly the plane.  No vibration, then it probably was the 
spinner. If you still have a vibration, step on the brake pedal and see if it 
stops.  Sometimes the wheels are slightly out of balance and can rotate and 
cause a vibration.  Is the vibration all across the power curve or only at 
certain rpms?
