Hi All, The Australian Lace Guild runs Correspondence Courses in Bobbin Lace (my introduction to lace 30 years ago), Needle Lace and others - it certainly can be done.
I did not find it a problem then, but have been happy to take advantage of the opportunities that have presented, mostly in recent years, to attend workshops.
