or disable some options  - like support for 2TB fs :)
Yes, the kernel needs a review after first release.

DavidMBrooke and myself have been able to fix a few packages last week (elvis, 
mdadm, bash (update to 3.x),... and of them was mysql with an update to 
5.0.91).

No, the host does not have a wireless NIC. Next I'm going to build a kernel 
with debugging enabled for ath5k - hopefully it will help to catch the error.
