We discussed this on the devel list. We have the space, but I belive it
might violate our SourceForge TOS to host files unrelated to our project in
the files area (note: the LRP 2.9.8 and Eiger 3.1.0a files are related).
Hopefully this wont be a problem much longer. David Douthitt has the newest
versions of Oxygen using libc 2.1.3. This means we can use current Linux
distributions for development.
