too often police racism and violence agianst youth goes unreported.
Young people and the communtiy need to stand up united and say NO TO
POLICE BRUTALITY. Most of the time police target people based on race or
religion. We must stand up together and say NO TO RACIAL AND RELIGIOUS
PROFILING.
On October 7 another incident occurred in Footscray relating to
religious profiling and racism, whereby the victim was left unconscious
from injuries inflicted by police. e demand that the Police Commissioner
and the Ombudsman hold an enquiry into all alleged incidents of police
racism and violence. Please come along to the rally and stand up for
your rights and have our voices heard.
