Under step 1. Select the conditions for your rule: Where the subject line contains specific words And add the word [LegacyUG Under step 2. Select the actions for your rule: Move it to the specified folder Select your inbox Hope this works for you. Outlook Express did have a way to handle mailing lists but I have not yet found a way around the problem in Windows Mail.
