Where did I say that I was answering *for* Legacy? Why are you taking my
words and attributing them to Legacy? I simply posed one possible reason why
that is the common practice for most companies. Unless you are a stockholder
I don't see why you are entitled to know *their* internal reasoning behind
company decisions and policies. The fact is I bet you don't see bug listings
from Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, or a myriad of other companies whose software
you have installed either, so why are you singling out Legacy? There will
sometimes be release notes that accompany an update and indicate *after the
fact* what bugs were fixed, but even that practice is not universal.
BTW, I am one of those who has been using v.7 since its release and not run
into any significant bugs impacting the features I use routinely.

Okay, you've answered my question. Legacy has so many bugs and unfinished
features that it's ashamed to provide a list. That's exactly what I
thought. So you worry more about what your competitors think than what
your paying customer think.
