That depends on you. You could try simply reinstalling the program in which case it will simply over-write to the same location and all the necessary files that the program uses. If that fixes your problem, so be it. If not, then you may need a clean install which can be a little time consuming depending on your level of computer skills. If you need help there; simply ask but we will need to know your skills. I may have a degree in computer science but I still can't read minds.
