Eliz,

Difficult to hazard a guess!! One thing which I have found with my own stuff,
and it can be difficult to spot is an error in my DB dates, in particular a
wrong century in particular - writing eg. 1950 for 1850 in a date.

Ahhhhh, no it isn't you, it is me making assumptions that my clear as mud
statement would be understood <G>

I had loaded my Legacy db to familysearch family tree and am going thru the
matching process (heaven help me) and my father and his father and his
grandfather all got these error messages, my father was born 2 years after his
parents marriage not over 20, his parents marriage was from my Gram so figure
that is right<G> I can't copy the error message but they have the birthdays
right, and the marriage dates but insist the child was born after 20 years of
marriage.

I just can't figure if it is Legacy or familytree. I can ignore it if I must <G>

  Eliz,

It may be that because it’s been a long day, and it’s getting late but I do
not understand what this means; “child being born 20 years or more after a
marriage when the marriage was within a year (or a bit longer but not 20 years)”

Are you saying that at the time of birth the marriage was within 1 yr. of
20yrs of marriage or just around 12mths of marriage?

I assume that it is a Legacy Error message?

I am getting error messages about child being born 20 years or more after a
marriage when the marriage was within a year (or a bit longer but not 20 years)
is this Legacy or familysearch? Anyone know?
