Okay, I think I have solved the problem by creating a Focus Group of individuals with Tag 1. From the new family file that is the Focus Group, I was able to create Family Group webpages with only individuals born before 1900. I still think, however, that creating Family Group webpages from Tag 1 should have worked. I am happy to be able to create webpages with Legacy, but I would like the webpages to be more attractive. Since MyHeritage is a system of family trees, however, I doubt that Legacy will be developing that aspect.
