Perhaps, but I for one just had to re-subscribe. Apparently the latest fiddling with the list was not entirely error free.

I think my ISP is blocking my e-mail from Legacy. I called them and they
said you should send an e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and just say
unblock and I will begin getting my e-mail from Legacy again.

I told them I didn't understand why you had to correct something that was
caused by att and they insisted this is what had to be done.

I hope it works.

Thanks, Cathy, for the helpful suggestion. I did not even know what my
options were to put in the File ID. I've tried a couple of my sources, and I believe this will solve my search problems and still maintain my ability
to find the actual document in my 3-ring binders.

I just knew I'd find someone in Legacy-land that would help me. It's an
early Christmas present for me - thanks again.

Hi Ruth,
Put the Number you have in your file in the File ID slot rather than the
Source Name - then you can still easily go from Legacy to your 3 ring
binders. I'm more specific and have my originals numbered with type and a
number - eg: Birth001, Ship(ping List)001, Obituary001 etc

Thanks for all the ideas on searching the Master Source. I start each source with the word Source, i.e., Source 1, Source 2, etc. so that if I want to go back to the copy of the source to confirm the information or
to make a copy of the source for someone who has requested it.

How do the rest of you file your sources if you don't somehow number them in the file folder, 3 ring binder or however the sources are filed if the
number on the copy doesn't match the number of the source.
