Suppose I make an event for a breeder that reads: AVID: A veterinarian uses his/her scanner to read a chip embedded into an animal and gets the serial number from the chip. Question: Can the veterinarian use a scanner to read the serial number directly into a description field in Legacy? I want to be sure before I can s/he can.
There are times when my hand scanner will read information into Word, Excel, or Lotus, but will not feed that some information into Legacy. I am not sure why yet. Thanks.
