If you desire a 2.5mm stereo plug to fit the jack on the back of the
Libretto, thankfully the cellular phone industry has largely gone to 2.5mm
jacks on their phones for the headset. Several solutions presented:

1 Get the cheapest headset you can find with a right-angle 2.5mm plug and
cut the headset off. There is a variation in prices. In the US, premium
places get $40 for a headset, flea markets get $5, so look around.

2 Radio Shack in the US has for $6.99 a very nice 2.5mm stereo coiled
extension cord for headsets. I have cut off the jack end ( keeping a few
inches of wire for projects ) and grafted it into a handsfree speakerphone
for its connection. Thus you could hardwire the cable into your project.

3 You could also use the 2.5mm right angle plug to make your own adapter
by soldering on a 3.5mm jack a few inches down the line or wherever you
like.
