Maybe Ubuntu provide with some outdated version of licq. The full package
version for licq is 1.3.6-0ubuntu1 and for licq-plugin-qt is
1.3.6-0ubuntu1. The about window identifies licq as version 1.3.5/SSL and
the "Qt GUI Plugin" as 1.3.5, compiled on Jul 3 2008, though.
As far as I can see, the GUI plugin I use is qt-gui.
I use Xfce 4.6.0, but with Gnome and KDE libraries enabled.
