New description:

I log off Licq, suspend and move my laptop from home to
work every day. Each time I try to log on after a move
 I get:
08:12:43: [MSN] Server found at 0.0.0.0:0.
 08:12:43: [MSN] Connect failed.

Retrying doesn't help, but restarting Licq does. I also
testet reloading the plugin, which also fixed the
problem. I noticed this line in netstat a while after
 logging off:
 tcp 0 0 192.168.4.10:57143
 207.46.107.44:1863 TIME_WAIT

Running current CVS (14. january - 2005) on Fedora Core 1
