Having had the same problem with licq 1.3.8 and Qt 4.6 I tried the latest
patch and it seems to fix the problem, no more crashes here.
(I wrote to the mailing list since trac didn't work yesterday)
I never had hebrew enabled but as I said the patch seems to fix the
problem for me. Thanks a lot
