moving @afourpaper to macros.itexi :-P
Ok, I'll move them out.
Thanks Graham - that will fix it. I'd have spotted
this sooner if I'd looked at learning.tely :( I'd
seen how lilypond-book decided on line-width, but I was
looking only at tweaks.itely yesterday and finding
nothing that might override the lilypond-book default.
