Now that we start working on the next levels of LPI certification, we
are looking for a person who can guide the initial phases. This is the

objective writing. Under supervision of the Director, selects volunteer and
paid staff working in program development. Primary job requirements:
Subject-matter expertise in most of the content covered by exams, management
and leadership skills, preferably experience in test development, training,

"

So we are looking for someone experienced in system- and
network-administration with Linux, who will gather and coordinate other
contributors. (S)he will be reporting to Scott Murray, our main
psychometrician and director of exam development, and work with him to do
a job task analysis, define the content of the second and third levels of
LPI certification, and make sure we get good test objectives for these
levels. In the beginning, the new director will be working with the
current director, Tom Peters

The required time commitment will be variable but considerable: up to 20
hours per week, for a period of up to half a year. We are looking
for someone to start right away. LPI can offer suitable compensation.

Please contact Tom Peters ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) with a C.V. and a motivation if
you are interested.
