Hi,

Probably a bug, could be linked to the introduction of
pt_complete_. What happens if you add empty partitioning stanzas for sda
and sdb?

If I add these lines at the top:

-----------8<--------------------
disk_config sda

disk_config sdb
-----------8<--------------------

I get:

INTERNAL ERROR in setup-storage:
Invalid device /dev/sdb-1
Please report this error to the Debian Bug Tracking System.

By the way, I'm not even sure you can boot a system with this
configuration. You probably want a RAID1 for /boot, and thus need to
partition the disks anyway. You also need a partition marked bootable,
otherwise some BIOSes will not consider the disk as a valid boot device
(assuming you're on a PC with a legacy BIOS).

thanks for the hint ;)
This computer boots from network, and leaves the initial ramdisk on /
(note the missing "/" in the config). FAI is here not used to
install the system but we only wanted to use the script setup-storage.

Best,

  Peter
