I would bet that if the government issued a tender for, say, $500,000,
for Linux support, you'd suddenly find 10 companies or businesspeople
willing to start a company for doing it... 5 of them would probably be
from this list ;)

You don't need a "big" company unless you're going to be spending millions
on this...
