Do you have a separate boot partition? I don't know how intelligently a distro can find the existence of the same or any other linux distro and add the corresponding grub or lilo entries.
But manually doing should be easy if you know the partitions and use grub or lilo to load the different kernel and the different root file system for different(or same) distro.
