Hi,
I've got an epson perfection 2450 photo. It all works fine plugged into
a usb 1 port but if I try plugging it into a usb2 port sane complaians
"Error during read: Error during device IO" and dmesg shows the error:
scanner.c read_scanner(0): funky result:-71. Consult
Documentation/usb/scanner.txt.
And then the scanners power light just flashes :(
Any one have any ideas how to get this to work?

2.4.21 on debian sid. libsane 1.0.12. Athlone 1.2GZ. Asus kt7a
motherboard (VT82C686, KT133), usb2 card VIA vt6202 chipset.
