What I say is that when I try to cat /proc/usb/devices the terminal
hangs immediately after I write /proc/bus/usb/ and I cannot go on typing
the word 'devices'; the same happens when I try to change directory in
/proc/bus/usb. Of course this happens with the Superdisk connected;
instead when nothing is connected to the usb port, I get:

To rule out hardware problems with the port, I assure that I have tried
a usb pen (and also a usb printer) and it worked prefectly, as I wrote.
