His computer is a dell, and its running Microsoft Windows.

Headers in his original mail say
X-Mailer: Danger Service
Which doesn't mean much to me... I was expecting it to say Outlook
Express or similar.
So he's some random user on the internet machinegunning "help me" emails
to whatever looks potentially helpful.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
