Uh, Scott, two pieces of advice...
1) Read the topic of this mailing list. ircII EPIC4/5, not EPIC Cache. So, unless you are hiring people to write a new irc client, you are way off.
2) Don't just join a mailing list you aren't actively involved in and make job offers. This reaks of spam, and as such, I'm considering listing advantisglobal.com in the AHBL.
