Hi all,
I have quite a number of documents of types KOMA-script and Miede's
classicthesis with Indexes, single and mulltiple as well. As far as I
can see the settings are identical yet the appearence turns out to be
different.

INDEX (as it turns out in some cases)

fresh
frisky
naughty
New York
I checked and compared all settings several times but could not identify
any differences.
Which are the relevant settings to get [1]?
