In document breamer add:
\usepackage[graphicx]
In lyx title page delete the title then:
- click Ctrl+L
- write:
\begin{titlepage}
\includegraphics[width=3cm]{logo.png}
\vfill
\centering
}\Large
Yourtitle
\vskip2cm
Auther name
{
\vfill
\vfill
\vfill
\end{titlepage}
