The problem is that tracking changes in 1.3.x is not (officially) maintained. Some problems have been fixed in the 1.4 development version, some problems are still there. You could file bug reports to http://www.bugzilla.lyx.org, then we can check whether the problem also exists in the official (1.4) code. Jürgen
