I have just installed, Lyx/Sweave on ubuntu 10.04 on an Asus eeepc 901. I have upgraded to Lyx 1.6.7 using the repository at http://ppa.launchpad.net/lyx-outline-devel/lyx-stable/ubuntu
Followed the instructions at http://ggorjan.blogspot.com/2010/01/lyx-sweave-on-ubuntu-karmic.html to install SWeave etc, as I have done several times before, checked that all the files are where the instructions say they should be, done the texhash/reconfigure but get an erro:r No information for exporting the format PDF (pdflatex). When I try to compile a file with this text test <<echo=T>>= x<-c(4,5,6,7,5,6,7,8,9) x @ The code chunk is in an ert box. Has anyone any suggestions s to where I can look for the problem.
