hi
Thanks to olivier, I didn't need to do the porting, so I've done a first
quick round through some of the main demos (hadn't the time to finish
all of them yet). I've looked for errors and differences with the trunk
version of the demos. There are some stylesheet issues which I won't
mention here. Also this test round is done with FF 2.0.0.3 on XP, other
browsers and platforms will probably follow, but this quick round should
give us something to discuss at the meeting.
*-Simple Map Viewer*
No obvious errors
No differences with trunk demo
*-Interactive Map Viewer*
The history buttons don't work
'Load the map with a different Bounding Box' doesn't work
modisWorld.xml has a non working WMS server (esa.it both demos -
might be temporary)
The history buttons are a new feature on this demo
*-Enhanced Map Viewer*
The history buttons don't work
getFeatureInfo doesn't work on both demos (server issue?)
It's not possible to drag a bbox in the overview-map
Overview-map shows a smaller extent
No graticule (but work is in progress there AFAIK)
*-Different maps connected
* The history buttons don't work
Cursortrack throws errors in trunk version (??)
Changing from map resets the boundingbox
USAMap.xml has an invalid WMS server (both demos)
Scale for the initial window is different on both version
*-Time Series*
Map title widget adds 'Map Title' before the text
Abstract widget adds 'Abstract' before the text
tsWorldTemp.xml doesn't work (is a new context doc)
The images are requested as tiles instead of WMS.untiled
The main widgets which aren't working ATM are history and Graticule.
Also getFeatureInfo isn't passing the test, which is a reason for concern.
